Arabic dough 6 cups flour½ cup sugar ¾ cup oil2 teaspoon salt2 pkts yeast3 tablespoon klim2 ½ cups warm water.Adding little more if needed Knead well. Allow to rise in a warm place.
4 pizza wheels:Divide dough. Roll out rectangular. Brush chutney Sprinkle shredded chicken & chopped robot peppers. Roll up as a swissroll. Slice rise and bake.Brush chutney & sprinkle cheese Freezer suitable at this stage.
I got just over 5 doz of subz & pizza wheels
