3 rotisChicken or steak fillingPotatoes in any form e.g. mash, slap chips, skinny friesSauces of your choice (I used mayonnaise mixed with dhania (coriander) chutney and also nandos bushveld braai (bbq) sauce) CheeseMixed herbs
METHOD
Place 1 roti (room temperature if using from the freezer) on a tawa or frying pan.Sprinkle meaty filling - you can use any filling you wish.Smear not more than 2 tablespoon sauce (this layer shouldn't be too sauce as it could make your pizza soggy)Place your 2nd roti on top.Spread mash on 2nd roti. I added creamstyle sweetcorn to the mash.Place 3rd roti on top.Smear chilli sauce of your choice.Sprinkle with cheese and mixed herbs.Close the tawa or frying pan with a lid.Turn on the heat of your stove to medium heat so that the Pizza - Roti heats up and the bottom doesn't get burnt.Check after 2 - 3 minutes if they cheese is melting and the bottom is becoming crisp.Serve immediately
