9 or 12 Dates (no pitted ones 3 cups of milk/ almond milk…chilled in the freezer or 30 minutes1 big bananas sliced ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence or banana essence½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder

METHOD

Add everything into a blender & served it chilled …
