1 fresh Coconut 🥥 Cleaned and fine gratedSave Coconut water

125g butter¾ cup sugarBeat until fluffyAdd in 3 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup coconut waterMixThen add 2 cups flour3 teaspoon baking powder1 cup milk
Pour into cupcake liners and bake160° Thermofan oven 180° Convection oven
Beat 2 cups fresh cream with ½ cup sugar.Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla pudding and mix.
Top cupcakes with cream and coat with coconut
