RECIPE
3 chicken fillets (cubed) OR ½ kg cubed fillets11/2 full teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon ground garlic paste¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)½ teaspoon fine dhana1 teaspoon fine jeeroo½ teaspoon white pepper
Cook above in ghee (Clarified butter) until chicken cooked.
Then add 1 /2 tin creamstyle sweetcorn Bltz thıs with 500ml water & 2 big spoons nespray powder tıll smooth, then add to chıcken.
Mıx the following packet soups in 1.2 L water:1pkt white onion soup (knorr)1pkt cream of chıcken (knorr)1pkt cream of mushroom (knorr)Whisk together till no lumps and pour to chicken mixture.
Allow to boil, then add 250 ml freshcream, boil once & top with chopped coriander. Enjoy.
INFO & TIPS
We enjoy it served with homemade croutons- Will share recipe soon in sha Allah.
This soup also freezes well. Allow to thaw then whisk well while heating on stove.
