Easy Chocolate Dessert

INGREDIENTS

1 packet boudior biscuit or more (enough to line your pyrex)¾ cup milk2 teaspoon chocolate nesquik (to mix in milk from above & set aside)1L vanilla custard 4 tablespoon nesquik powder3-4 tablespoon cocoa powder (depending on how rich you like it)1 flake chocolate (for garnish)

METHOD

Layer boudior biscuits in a pyrex. Pour over mixed nesquik milk. Then turn boudior biscuit over so that it can soften on both sides.
Mix the nesquik powder & cocoa into the custard & whisk well.
Pour custard mixture over boudior biscuits.
Decorate with crumbled flake or as desired. Rest in fridge for 2 hours or overnight & enjoy.
