INGREDIENTS
Basic sponge cake recipe
Whilst your cake is baking make your syrup
Syrup Ingredients
¼ cup sugar ¼ water (boiling)1 tablespoon of margarine 1 - 2 teaspoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon chocolate milshake syrup
Dessicated coconut
METHOD
Add all of the syrup ingredients to a pot and put to boil.Once it starts to boil, put the stove off and let it cool.
Cut the cake into preferred sizes and let it cool before dipping into the syrup.
Dip the cake into the syrup and roll in coconut.
Best had with a cup of coffee!
