2 kg chicken pieces 3 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa braai (bbq) tikka masala 4 tablespoon Mexican spice ½ cup lemon 🍋 juice ¼ cup vinegar 4 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon lemon pepper 3 tablespoon mochachos sauce any flavor ¼ cup oilCook few minutes on stove. Transfer 2 oven proof dish. Boil sauce ingredients:3 tablespoon butter 1 cup fresh cream 1 packet tomato paste ¼ cup mochachos mild ¼ cup mochachos hot2 tablespoon Mexican spice
Boil and pour over chicken Bake at 200⁰ for 25 minutes. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander)
Serve with sides of choice
