INGREDIENTS
1 kg fresh Sneok, cut and washed1&Β½ teaspoon Peri-Peri Masala1 teaspoon Cayenne pepperΒ½ teaspoon Black pepper1&ΒΌ teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Coriander powderJuice of a large lemon2 tablespoon Oil
METHOD
Make a paste with all the ingredients.Rub it in to the fish and leave it to marinade for at least half hour.Shallow fry until golden and crispy on the outside. Serve with a side of your choice.
