4 t-bone steaks2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala,1 teaspoon chilli powder,¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric),1 ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin),¾ teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon orange pepper steak spice,1 tablespoon brown vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard powder,1 tablespoon mustard sauce,1 tablespoon tomato sauce,1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon oil/ghee (Clarified butter).
Marinate steak and cook on medium heat till done, adding water to cook till tender.
Serve with roti.
