1 kg fillet steak, butterflied
1 ½teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
Fry steak with butter on medium - high. Lower heat, Add ½ - 1 cup spurs basting sauce. Cook on medium - low until done.
Add slice cheese grill until cheese melts.
Mushroom sauce :
1 punnet mushrooms, wash and sliced.
1 small onion, Saute with butter, add 1 clove crushed garlic / ½ teaspoon garlic flakes. Add mushrooms, cook.
Mix 2 teaspoon corn flour with 1 cup fresh cream
Add to mushroom simmer on low heat until sauce thickens. Pour over steak.
