INGREDIENTS
250 gr Butter, softened1 cup Icing sugar2 tablespoon Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons Oil3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) ¾ cup chopped Pecans
Flour as required
METHOD
Cream the Butter and sugar.Add in the rest of the ingredients besides the flour.Add enough flour to make a soft dough.Roll out and cut, bake on 180 degrees till done.Drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle coloured Badaam nibs.
