INGREDIENTS
250 gr Butter, softened1 cup Icing sugar2 tablespoon Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons Oil3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) ΒΎ cup chopped Pecans
Flour as required
METHOD
Cream the Butter and sugar.Add in the rest of the ingredients besides the flour.Add enough flour to make a soft dough.Roll out and cut, bake on 180 degrees till done.Drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle coloured Badaam nibs.
