6 Beef Patties6 Fried eggsCucumber slicesWashed lettuceTomato slices6 Meatloaf24 slices of bread, pan toastedCaramelised Onion sauceSecret sauce:4 tablespoons mayo4 tablespoon sweet chilli4 tablespoon tomato sauce4 tablespoon chilli sauceMix together.
METHOD
Spread some secret sauce on a toast. Place the salad ingredients on.Put a pattie and some more secret sauce, put the second slice of bread and on top of that place the fried egg, Meatloaf and a spoonful of caramelised onions sauce. Top with the remaining slice of toast.
