INGREDIENTS

Mutton / beef patties Wimpy tomato sauce Wimpy mustard sauce Eggs fried sunny side ( yolk should be hard ) Salt French Polony Semi fried onions ( onions should be soft but white ) Lettuce Tomato Mozzarella cheese sliced or grated Bread Chips salt , vinegar and masala

METHOD

Grill or fry patties and Polony . Butter bread 1 side Fry onions Fry eggs
To assemble : On a tawa add 1 slice bread with tomatoe sauce , mustard sauce , onions . Lettuces and 1 pattie ( if the pattie is small then 2 )and the cheese , add the other slice of bread to close the sandwich.toast both sides ,when you flip it first time around and you have the toasted side facing you , add tomato sauce , fried egg ,tomato and French Polony close with bread and flip to toast . It total there should be 3 slices bread
