INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes boiled and mashed
In a pot add some oil
jeera seeds
add ½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon green chili
braise add potato
add :
½ teaspoon dhana
½ sp jeera
pinch haldi
salt
green chutney :
1 bunch dhania (coriander)
few green chilis ( depending on how strong you eat )
salt
4 to 5 cloves garlic
little whole jeera
½ to 1 lemon
coconut ( optional )
Add to a food processor and blits too a chutney paste
Assemble :
slice half a cucumber very thin slices
buttered bread on 1 side
cooked potato
prepared chutney
tomato slices optiional
METHOD
add a thick layer of chutney to the un- buttered side
place a good amount of cucumbers
add the potato
add the tomato
close sandwich and toast it
serve immediately with tomato sauce or more chutney
INFO & TIPS
when we had it in India they do not mash the potato they boil and slice the potato add some salt n sprinkle some spice im guessing chaat masala .
i prefer it mashed taste better .
