1 tin cream style corn 2 eggs salt to taste 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 4 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter) 1 onion grated.(Squeeze water out ) 1 ½ teaspoon crushed dana jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin) dhania (coriander) or spring onions
Mix everything together. Melt little ghee (Clarified butter) in non stick frying pan. Drop tablespoons of mixture in a non stick pan. When bubbles appear turn & cook until brown. Serve with chutney of choice.
