Has Carrots, Potatoes , Oats Spices And Sauces, Soup powder
Use1 Large Chicken Fillet cut into small cubes
In a potAdd +- 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or Butter1 small sliced OnionSauteAddLittle spices of ½Whole Jeeru (Cumin), little Mustard seeds, 2 cloves,2 Taj, 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods,1 small piece aniseed, 3-4 whole peppers, pinch of somph or somph powder1 Bay leave and 3 curry leavesLittle grated Fresh GingerLittle Garlic crushedAnd Again ½ teaspoon Ginger garlic paste .Braise wellAdd1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera pwdr¼ teaspoon Mixed masala¼ teaspoon any Chicken spice1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Lemon pepperLittle Fine white or black pepper powder (Adj taste at the End)Add the chickenBraiseAdd Half a grated Carrot1 small potato cut in tiny cubesCook few minutesNow add¼ cup oats that was soaked in water to the above
Now in a bowl mix White Veg Soup powder with 1 Cup WaterMix to a smooth pasteNowAdd to the chicken potAllow to cookNow add water as you require (I used +-4 -6 Cups you cook keep stirring to avoid lumpsCook to a nice soup consistency that you likeAdjust the Salt , Pepper tasteI added 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and little tomato sauceGarnish with Shallot or ChivesOr spring onion choppedMint leaves and dhania (coriander)Before serving remove some of the whole spices and curry leaves etcEnjoy with Buttered Toast cut in cubes or Croutons😋
