INGREDIENTS
1 kg steak2 teaspoon green chilli paste2 teaspoon red chilli paste2 teaspoon ginger garlicCalistos garlic lemon and herb spiceCayenne pepperBlack pepperLamb spiceGarlic flakesPaprikaBarbicue spiceEggChipsLettece Cucumber CheeseCalistos peri peri garlic sauceCalistos garlic and chilli pastePatatoe chipsLemon juice MayoGarlic sauce
METHOD
Put butter in pan till melted, put steak in pan and put a tablespoon garlic and chilli paste in it and then put lemon juice and one tablespoon mayo and a little garlic sauce and also add garlic peri peri sauce and mix till done, and then fry the chips whilst the chips are frying toast bread and it's done put sliced or grated cheese on the bread then put Lettece on it then put the steak on on top of the Lettece then put the chips on top then fry the egg(Optional) add sauce of choice and you done!!! ENJOYπ
