Beat the butter and the oil.Add the Icing sugar and maizena (corn flour).Beat well.Add enough flour to make a soft doughNozzle into fingers and bake on 180 degrees till done.Stick 2 biscuits together with apricot jam.Dip the ends into melted chocolate.
