🥐✨ Lotus Biscoff Croissant ✨🥐
A buttery croissant taken to the next level with layers of crunch, cream, and caramelized Biscoff goodness!
Ingredients:
Woolworths croissants
Kataifi pastry (I used pheni)
Butter
Lotus Biscoff spread
Whipped cream
Lotus biscuits
Method:
1. Air fry croissants for 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
2. In a pan, toast kataifi pastry (pheni) with a little butter. Stir in Lotus Biscoff spread until well coated.
3. Slice croissant open and spread the pheni mixture inside.
4. Pipe a generous layer of whipped cream over the filling and close the croissant.
5. Drizzle with melted Lotus Biscoff spread and finish with a Lotus biscuit on top.
The perfect mix of flaky, creamy & crunchy—like dessert and pastry heaven in one bite 😍
