INGREDIENTS
                      ¼ cup olive oil2 cups almonds sliced2 tosp sesame seeds2 teaspoon crushed red chillies1 teaspoon salt
2 cups cucumber- sliced2 cups pineapple-chopped¼ cup red peppers-julienne¼ cup green peppers- julienne½ cup dates, chopped¼ cup feta cheese, cubed 1 packet washed mixed lettuce
Dressing:½/ Cup mayo¼ cup mustard sauce1 tosp brown sugar2 tosp lemon juice1 tosp soya sauce (optional)½ teaspoon saltFreshly ground pepper
                    
METHOD
1. Heat oil, fry almonds & sesame seeds until light pink.2. Strain almonds & sesame seed mixture, leave oil to cool.3. Place almond mixture on a tray & sprinkle crushed chilles & salt over.4. Mix all the ingredients together & add the leftover olive oil used for frying the almonds.
