RECIPE
2 tablespoon softened butter
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon oil
Method:
1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, flour, and oil.
2. Mix until smooth and lump-free (it should be a creamy paste).
3. Using a pastry brush or clean paper towel, coat the inside of your cake pan evenly — make sure to get into the corners and up the sides.
4. Pour in your cake batter and bake as usual.
5. After baking, let the cake cool slightly before turning out — it should release easily.
Tip:Store leftover cake goop in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Bring to room temperature before using.
