Bounty Cupcakes

RECIPE

Bounty cake

125 g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¾ cup castor sugar
3 egg yolks
1 and half cups flour
3 tablespoon cocoa
1 and half teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
Beat well...

3 egg whites beat till fluffy
Add
1 ½ cups of coconut & ½ cup icing sugar
Fold it in!

Layer choc and then coconut mixture, choc mixture again! Bake till done
