Pizza baseAdd flour, salt, oil, baking powder and make a dough. Roll out to 1 cm thicknessBake base in oven for 10 minutes Tomato sauceAdd oil to a pan, add chilli powder, garam masala, canned tomato/onion, salt, sugar. Cook until it resembles a sauce The top and bottom of the baked pizza base should appear to be dry.Spread tomato sauce onto the base, add minced plant based burgers, sliced mushrooms, onion slices, tomato slices, gherkin slices, pickled jalapeños and cheese. Bake pizza in the oven until the cheese is melted.
