2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
Warm water to make soft dough
4 tablespoon steers BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
1 tablespoon steers peri sauce
½ cup cooked chicken cubes
Add all the ingredients mix and knead to make a soft dough .
Cover and allow to rise until double its size .
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Roll out the dough into 1 large circle or 2 medium size circles . Dough should not be very thin .
Place the base on a oven tray and bake for 5 minutes and remove from oven .
Mix the sauces together and spread this onto the base .
Sprinkle chicken pieces and the rest of the toppings .
Change the temp to 160 degrees and bake until crispy and done .
