INGREDIENTS
Marinate chicken fillets in the following and cook:
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mustard sauce
½ tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 tablespoon Steers peri sauce
1 tablespoon Amina's Wonder Spice chicken tikka marinade
1 teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon bbq spice
½ teaspoon mixed herbs
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
BURGER MAYO:
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoon tomato sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon dried parsley
GARNISH INGREDIENTS:
Lettuce, tomato, onion rings, feta cheese, roasted sweet peppers, gherkins, sliced avocado (or guacamole)
METHOD
Assemble chicken fillet on lightly toasted buns and drizzle burger mayo. Garnish with any of the above ingredients.Serve with cubed fried potatoes or wedges that has been seasoned with Robertsons Aromatic Roast Potato spice.
