2 palm size s chicken fillet cut in strips1 purple onion /normal onionColour pepper strips handfulHandful CarrotsBoiled spaghetti/noodles ( half pack)1 teaspoon green masala½ teaspoon each of Aromat (a South African Spice), lemon pepper, Cajun apoceCrackle of black pepper3 green chillis sliced (optional)
METHOD
1. Cook chicken with all spicesOnce almost cooked throw in all veg and chilli slices (optional) and stirfry. 2 Do not overcook the veg You can stirfry the veg separately3 Season as you go along4. Lastly throw in your boiled pasta and give it a toss Add in sauces of your choice... I added 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce or soy sauce dash of worcester sauce and chilli sauce
