Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem
Cut chicken fillets into chunky cubes
Marinate with:3 tablespoons double cream yogurt2 tablespoons lemon juice1 teaspoon salt3 teaspoons zaatar (or to taste)1 teaspoon green masala @sujees_masala
In a pot heat a slice of butter on low heat. Add chicken and cook on low heat. Leave saucy. Once done skewer chicken with a lemon piece and onion piece in between. Leave sauce in the pot. Grill chicken in oven. When serving pour sauce over. Garnish and serve with naan and yogurt with a sprinkling of sumac. I also served with hummus & muhammara....
