2 kgs Quamquats washed and cut 2 tablespoon fine Salt 6 tablespoon fresh ground red chillies 6 to 7 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masallah 375 mls white vinegar 6 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 2 cups sugar 450 grms apricot jam FOR VAGAAR ½ cup oil 2 cloves garlic slivered 2 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 tablespoon mustard seed Curry leavesWash dry and cut quamquats Sprinkle salt red ground chillies Methi (Fenugreek) masallah mix and leave aside In a pot take vinegar sugar maizena (corn flour) and jam Bring to boil stirring all the tym give one two boils and pour over the quamquats mixMmake vagaar by heating the oil and throwing in all vagaar ingredients Throw vagaar on the quamquat mix well bottle and enjoy Zubeida
