INGREDIENTS
1kg Steak MinceSalt & Pepper to taste2 Onions ,chopped
Toppings:½ Lettuce,sliced2 Tomotoes,sliced6 Cheddar Cheese Slices🧀🧀🧀*Also add on extra,gherkins or grated carrots,coleslaw or green peppers ,mushrooms (braised or pickled cucumber*6x Burger Buns
Easy Sauce:¼ Cup Mayo4 teaspoon Tomoto Sauce3 teaspoon Mustard SauceSalt & Pepper to tasteAdd pickles (optional)Pineapple ringsMix well..

METHOD
Make the mince into 6 meatballs. “Also add chillies to meatballs if you want a stronger burger!!!Add this on baking tray & transfer it to the fridge too firm up nicely for approximately 2 hours.Braise your onions separately ,until caramelised add a pinch of sugar,set it aside.In a hot skillet add in your two meatballs to the hot pan.Press down firmly with a spatula and (smashing each meatball and then lightly salt & pepper to taste on each side of the delicious burger!!Fry for 4 -5minutes for nice golden & crispy texture.Top your burger with slice of cheese or any cheese you like.Toast the buns lightly in another pan.Garnish with some onions & all above salads & sauce of choice🌹🌹🌹Served with yummy fries 🍟
