12 teaspoon plain yogurt 1 double thick cream 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoon gelatin 1 cup hot water
Sauce : 1 small punnet strawberries 2 cups water 1 cup sugar
In a saucepan add sugar , yogurt and cream bring to boil until sugar dissolves , add vanilla essence , remove from stove and set aside , in a bowl pour 1 cup hot water 2 teaspoon gelatin stir well until in has dissolved , now add the gelatin mix to yogurt mix stir well pour in moulds and allow to set in fridge . Sauce : In a saucepan add all ingredients and boil for 10 minutes , lower heat and allow for sauce to thicken for 10 minutes . Allow to cool , strain out the sauce and keep strawberries aside , when panda cotta ready has set and ready to serve pour sauce and decorate with the strawberries .
