INGREDIENTS

10 Lemon grass leaves
1 lr water
¼ sugar
¼ lime cordial
½ teaspoon green colouring

METHOD

Add lemon grass to water.
When water starts to boil remove immediately from
the heat.
Allow to cool for a few minutes than add sugar, lime
and colouring.
Serve chilled.
