INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoon coffee
2 teaspoon milo
2 teaspoon hot chocolate
1 litre milk
2 teaspoon ghaas powder
2 tablespoons maizena (corn flour)
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin nestle cream
METHOD
• Boil milk and ghaas, add maizena (corn flour),
coffee, milo and hot chocolate
• Allow to cook for 20 minutes or until
it thickens
• Beat in condensed milk and nestle
cream
• Pour in mould and allow to set
• Decorate with cream and chocolate
curls and nuts
• Fresh whipped cream can also be used.
