Easy Tiramisu Mousse
1 and ½ teaspoon instant coffee
¼ cup hot water
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar(powdered)
250 grm mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-2 tablespoon cocoa
Place the instant coffee in the hot water and stir. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Beat cream until stiff. Chill until ready to use.
Mix powdered sugar and marscarpone with a hand mixer until smooth.
Mix in vanilla and 1 tablespoon of the coffee. Add up to the entire amount of coffee.
Fold whipped cream into coffee mixture gently.
Pour Tiramisu mixture in serving bowl. Then a dusting with cocoa powder. Keep layering.
On top covering with a cocoa.
Chill, covered, in the fridge until ready to serve.
