INGREDIENTS
120 g butter.
½ cup icing sugar.
2 eggs separated.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 cup flour.
1 cup self-raiding flour.
4 teaspoon milk.

METHOD
Beat butter and sifted icing sugar until light and
creamy add egg yolks and vanilla beat until
combined.
Stir in sifted flours and enough of the
milk toi form a firm dough.
Turn out on lightly floured surface knead lightly.
Wrap in greaseproof paper refrigerate for 20 minutes .
Roll out on lightly floured surface to 3mm thickness
and cut with biscuit cutter.
Apply decorations before baking.
Brush tops of biscuits with unbeaten egg white.
Then decorate as u wish bake for 12 minutes until light
golden brown on 180\\\'deg.
