INGREDIENTS
75g butter
125ml golden syrup
325ml salted peanuts
340ml white sugar
250 ml boiling water
METHOD
place butter ,sugar, syrup and water in pot.dissolve
sugar over low heat.turn up heat and boil for half an
hour. do not stir.
to test if ready drop a little mixture into cold water. if
ready it will set hard and crack when broken.
remove pot from stove and stir in nuts. break into
pieces when hard. store in a jar.
