Cornflake Peanut Cookies

Ingredients:250g Stork to bake/ Or butter1 cup brown sugar2 extra large eggs1 cup rolled oats1 cup desiccated coconut1 cup roasted peanuts2/3 cup cornflakes (crushed)1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda+/-2 cups self raising flour1 cup cornflakes (crushed for rolling)#mamataughtmewellrecipes
Method:1. Beat butter and sugar.2. Add eggs and beat in. 3. Add remainder of ingredients, with flour as needed.4. Roll into balls, then roll in crushed cornflakes.6. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 10-12min. 7. Leave to cool and crispen.8. Store in airtight container. #mamataughtmewellrecipes
