RECIPE

5 egg whites(beat stiff)leave aside.

5 yolks,
1 cups boiling water,
beat well,then add
1/2cup oil,
1 1/4cup castor,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
1 teaspoon strawberry essence,
beat well.


Sift tog,
2 cups flour,
3 heaped teaspoon b.pwder,
add to yolk mixture.
Then fold in egg whites,

makes 3 doz.
Bake on 180•for 10-15mins,

Sandwich with cream,
dip in jelly,
then roll in coconut.

1 box halaal jelly rasberry-strawberry.
1 1/4cup boiling water.
1 ¼ cup tap water.
1 teaspoon strawberry ess.
3 caps red colouring.
Make jelly night b4,leave in fridge to set,mix well b4
dipping,enjoy
