INGREDIENTS
• 380g evaporated milk
• 40g sugar
• splash of strawberry essence
Warm all of the above until it’s almost at the boil.
• 3 teaspoons gelatine
• 2 tablespoons water
Nuke the gelatine and water few seconds in the
microwave. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
• Around 12 strawberries (it’s your call on this)
Slice and dredge the strawberries with a bit of sugar.
METHOD
Stir the prepared gelatine into the milk mixture until it’s
dissolved. Add the sliced strawberries.
Pour into prepared moulds and chill to set.
Makes ten small servings.
