INGREDIENTS

(Serves 4)
4 skinless chicken breast fillets,
cooked and cubed
1 ½ cups penne pasta
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 onion, chopped
200 g button mushrooms, sliced
packet MAGGI Chicken & Mushroom Soup Mix
1 can CARNATION Creamy Evaporated
Milk, 375mL
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted, extra
How to make
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Cook pasta following packet
directions.
3. Melt butter in a large saucepan.
Add onion, cook for 2 minutes. Add
mushrooms -cook for a further 2
minutes, stirring.
4. Combine MAGGI Chicken & Mushroom
Soup Mix and CARNATION Creamy
Evaporated Milk. Add to pan, bring to
the boil, stirring. Remove from heat.
5. Place layers of mushroom mixture,
drained pasta and chicken in a greased
oven dish. End with a layer of
mushroom mixture. Top with cheese.
Combine breadcrumbs and extra butter.
Sprinkle over top of grated cheese.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25
minutes or until golden. Serve with a
green salad.
