INGREDIENTS
2 small chicken quartered and slit
Marinade
2 teaspoon chillie garlic masala
¼ cup lemon juice
2 teaspoon chillie powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon peri peri oil
2 teaspoon tomatoe paste
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Sauce
1cup tomatoe puree
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Grind all marinade ingredients,
Rub over chicken
Fry in ghee (Clarified butter) Untill brown
Braise sauce ingredients
Brush over chicken pieces untill all sauce is used up
Cover with foil
Bake at 180 for 45 minutes - 1 hour

Check if theres enough water when baking, the
chicken musnt dry out and burn
