INGREDIENTS
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup pitted fresh cherries
½ cup unsweetened white grape juice
¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt
⅛ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
METHOD
Place first 6 ingredients, plus 2 mint leaves, in a blender. Process until smooth.
Garnish with additional mint leaves, and serve immediately
