INGREDIENTS
1 cup blueberries1 banana sliced (frozen) ½ cup vanilla yogurt¾ cup fresh milk or almond milkTopping blueberries, strawberries or sprinkle granolasGarnishes kiwi
METHOD
Slice one banana, seal in a bag and freeze. In a blender, add blueberries and frozen bananas add milk blend on high speed for a few minutes. The natural sugar in creamy banana adds flavors and bright purplish blue berries add colour to the Smoothie. Use vanilla yogurt for thicker consistency. Almond milk or fresh milk can thin the consistency required.
Sprinkle fruits of choice, granola and nuts... A healthy wakeup....🌹
