INGREDIENTS
1 cup cake flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg beaten
¾ cup milk
1 tin sweetcorn
175g palony diced
2 tomatos skinned and diced
2 tablespoon parsley
Ground black peppers
Oil to fry
METHOD
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl, mix egg with remaining ingredients and add to flour, mix well, stand for 10 minutes. Heat oil on tawa and drop spoons of batter on to tawa must be brown on both sides.
