Chicken fillet cubed marinate with
Ginger garlic
Fresh red ground chillies
Crushed cumin
Salt
Cardamom powder
White pepper
2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese grated
1 egg beaten
A little corn flour
Lemon juice
Basic green chutney
Thread chicken on skewers grill or braai (bbq) until tender .melt butter and lemon juice and brush skewers when done.serve with salad enjoy
