INGREDIENTS
1 kg chops
spices:
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fine green chillies
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
sauce:
1 tablespoon pepper sauce
1 tablespoon lemon and herb sauce
1 tablespoon garlic sauce
½ cup fresh cream
METHOD
marinate chops with spices and cook on low until meat is done, mix all the sauces and cream together, add to chops while the chops is still hot. garnish with whole green chillies slit in to two
