INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
¾ cup castor sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
vanilla essence
METHOD
Beat eggs very well then add rest of the ingredients. Pour into flan pans. Bake at 180 deg for +-10mins. When cool top with caramel treat , canned peaches, or any other fruit. Layer sweetened whipped fresh cream and top with flake.
