Ingredients:½ cup sugar 4 tablespoons Water Make a caramel and pour into heat proof ramekins 2 cups of milk3 eggs ½ cup brown sugar2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder (diluted)3 tablespoons heavy cream Make the milk warm and add in eggs (beaten lightly), vanilla & sugar, turn the heat on low and whisk in figure 8 movements Add in diluted custard powder and cream Whisk until thick Pour over ramekins, cover with foil and place into a oven dish filled with hot water Bake on 160 for 1 hour
Another option Place ramekins in a larger pot with a glass lid, filled with water Stove temperature should be medium to low Steam for 1 hour
