INGREDIENTS
375 ml cake flour
15 ml baking powder
2 ml salt
100 ml cocoa powder
125 ml sugar
2 extra large eggs
125 ml milk
125 ml oil
60 g choc chips
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200°c. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa together. Add sugar and choc chips.whisk eggs, milk and oil together.stir into dry ingredients.mix only until flour is moistened, batter should still be lumpy.spoon into greased muffin tins until 2/3 full.bake in pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool a few minutes in tins before turning out onto a wire rack.
