INGREDIENTS
One onion
1 heaped teaspoon garlic,
500 g beef/mutton mince
salt (to taste)
red chilli powder, (as per taste)
1 teaspoon green/red masala paste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper,
1 teaspoon robertsons succulent red meat spice,
2 grated tomatoes
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon all joy hot and spicy pasta sauce
1 teaspoon oreganum
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon italian herbs
cubed mushrooms
cubed green and red peppers.
METHOD
Braise an onion in oil, when almost brown add garlic,
then add mince, add salt, red chilli powder, garlic masala,
freshly ground black pepper, robertsons succulent red meat
spice,add water let cook break lumps.
When water almost burnt out add tomatoes
Let cook, then add tomato sauce, all joy hot and spicy pasta sauce, oreganum, mixed herbs, italian herbs,cubed mushrooms and
cubed green and red peppers.
INFO & TIPS
Serve on top of boiled spaghetti.
